13வது திருத்த விவகாரம் – நரேந்திர மோடியுடன் முரண்படுகிறது சிறிலங்கா

இந்தியப் பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி 13வது திருத்தச்சட்டத்தை முழுமையாக நடைமுறைப்படுத்துமாறும், அதற்கு அப்பால் செல்லுமாறும் சிறிலங்கா அதிபர் மகிந்த ராஜபக்சவிடம் வலியுறுத்தினாலும், அதுகுறித்து நாடாளுமன்றத் தெரிவுக்குழுவே முடிவு செய்யும் என்று சிறிலங்கா அரசாங்கம் கூறியுள்ளது. 

நேற்று கொழும்பில் நடந்த செய்தியாளர் சந்திப்பில் இதுறித்து செய்தியாளர்கள் எழுப்பிய கேள்விக்குப் பதிலளித்த சிறிலங்கா அமைச்சர் நிமால் சிறிபால டி சில்வா, 

“சிறிலங்கா அரசாங்கம் இந்தியாவுடன் எல்லா விடயங்களிலும் ஒத்துழைத்துச் செயற்படும். 

ஆனால் எவரும் நாட்டின் உள்நாட்டு விவகாரங்களில் தலையிட முடியாது. 

ஜே.ஆர். ஜெயவர்த்தனவின் ஆட்சிக்காலத்தில், 13வது திருத்தச்சட்டம் நாட்டின் மீது பலவந்தமாக திணிக்கப்பட்டது. 

இதனை முழமையாக நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவதற்கு முன்னர், அதனை முழுமையாக மீளாய்வு செய்வதற்காக, நாடாளுமன்றத் தெரிவுக் குழுவொன்றை தற்போதைய அரசாங்கம் நியமித்துள்ளது. 

13வது திருத்தச்சட்டம் கட்டம் கட்டமாகவே நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. 


ஆனால் சில பகுதிகள் நாடாளுமன்றத்தினால் மீளாய்வு செய்யப்பட வேண்டியுள்ளது. 

இந்த விவகாரத்துக்கு நாடாளுமன்றத் தெரிவுக்குழு மூலமே தீர்வு காணப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதே சிறிலங்கா அதிபரின் நிலைப்பாடு. 

இந்தியாவுடன் முரண்பாடு ஏற்படும் என்று சிறிலங்கா அரசாங்கம் நினைக்கவில்லை. 

எல்லாப் பிரச்சினைகளையும் பேசித் தீர்க்கவே விரும்புகிறது.

இந்திய நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் பாஜகவுக்கு தெளிவான பெரும்பான்மை உள்ளதால், தமிழ்நாட்டின் தாளத்துக்கு மத்திய அரசு ஆடவேண்டிய தேவையில்லை. 

நாம் மத்திய அரசாங்கத்துடன் மட்டும் தான் தொடர்புகளை வைத்துள்ளோமே தவிர, மாநில அரசாங்கங்களுடன் அல்ல.” என்றும் அவர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
