A Sinhala military solider assigned to every three Tamils in the Vanni district

Allegations are made that military is assigned in large quantity in Vanni district like for every three civilians one military officer is assigned. Minority Peoples Rights Movement Chairman Para Miller made this allegation.
He pointed out due to this large quantity of military assigned in the north, the northern people are unable to move freely and their normal living standards had got affected. Hence many crime activities are happening was mentioned by him. He appealed to transform this situation, action should be taken to originate normal civil life in the north.
