Mangala Explained to SL Parliament How He Knocked out the Tamils in London

Hear are some very interesting comments from Mangala Samaraweera. The SL ban on diaspora organisations will not be lifted. If the Sinhalese cannot lift an unnecessary ban on Tamils, than what is the reconciliation they are talking about.
