We appeal for immediate cancellation of Common Wealth Countries Conference held in Colombo, Sri Lanka as war criminals of 2009 in Mullivaikal massacre of 1.50 lakhs of Hindu Tamils by Sri Lanka President, Mahinda Rajapakshe, Delhi Rulers, Sonia, Manmohan Singh and their allies. Britishers who earlier ruled India for over 350 years while leaving in 1948, they merged the North East Province of Eelam in Sri Lanka and left the country and the first President, Sena Nayaka declared Sri Lanka as Sinhala country and Sinhala as official language and the Indian origin Tamils as well as Eelam Tamils naturally became slaves and the struggle for independence continues from 1948 till to this day. The Common Wealth countries under the leadership of British has common Agenda for the 53 Member countries. India also being its Member, the present 14-15-16-11-2013 Conference in Colombo under the leadership of Rajapakshe is opposed by World wide Tamils in more than 150 countries are opposing Sri Lanka, being a Member in Common Wealth countries organization, for the reasons a vast number of Human Rights violation in Sri Lanka for more than half a century recently in 2009. The 1.5 lakh innocent Hindu Tamils were killed mercilessly and massacred and recently British Media Challan 4 has revealed the video clippings of 12 year old LTTE Chief V Prabhakaran's son, Balachandran shot dead at gun point and the Media's news reader, Ms. Isai Priya, aged about 21 years, being raped and killed. This video has made a sensation world wide and more than 1000 press media, publishers, editors, reporters, being killed and 15 and more Parliament Tamil MPs, majority of them being Hindus killed by Sri Lankan Army and already they have demolished over 5000 Hindu temples and converted them into Buddha Vihars and as per the Wikelik's record reveals over 5 lakhs Hindus killed in Sri Lanka all these years with the help of India's continuous Central Government rulers, Congress party and its allies. Above all, hundreds of Temple Pujaris, family girls are raped and killed by Sri Lankan Army. The Delhi Congress Rulers and its Allies had provided our Indian money [Rupees 4,000, Rs.2000, Rs.500 crores] money, various Radar systems, cluster and prosperous bombs, which is banned by the UNO and what moral right does Sri Lanka has to conduct this Common Wealth Country's Conference in Colombo, which is backed by India shielding Sri Lankan President, Rajapakshe, who is a war criminal. The agony is Ex-India's External Affairs Minister and present President of India, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee has provided all help to Sri Lanka, when he hold the office. Even yesterday [09-10-11-2013], the Australia's and New Zealand's senators respected Lee Rianan and Jan Logie who visited North Eastern Province of Eelam Cities in Sri Lanka to see the present day situation of 2009 War victims were arrested by Sri Lanka Military for revealing the truth they have seen there the atrocities of Sri Lankan Military rule. When they were about to hold a Press Meet as the Australia and New Zealand Senators are arrested for without taking permission, they approached the Media persons are arrested. Imagine the real situation of over 50
lakhs of Hindu and other community Tamils under the Military Rule of Sri Lanka, who
are backed by India, China and Pakistan. Already China and Pakistan has established their base in Sri Lanka, which is more danger to South India as many nuclear as well as main Army, Defence Establishments are in South India. China has its base in Kachativu, which was gifted in 1974 by Congress to Sri Lanka and China has rounded up India as its radar systems in 8 points. Now, after the exit of LTTE, who avoided any world countries base in Sri Lanka till 2009. Now, India's Defence is in danger.
AND OUR MAIN DEMANDS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Immediately remove Sri Lanka from the Common Wealth Countries organization, who are war criminals and World's most worst Human Rights violators.
As in the case of Timor, Nicaragua, Sudan, Korea, Chekoslovakia, Ethirea, where that country citizens went for a referendum and created separate country without any war or blood shed. This opportunity should b e given t o t he Eelam Tamils, who have History for over 50,000 years and their refugees scattered in more than 150 countries all over the World.
UNO should come forward to give pressure to Sri Lanka and immediately withdraw the Military forces from Ealam's North East province and the UNO should rehabilitate the war affected people under the guidance or Red Cross and the UNO Representatives.
4. India should immediately recognize the Transnational Government of Tamil Eelam as in the case of the Government of Tibet in Exile, which is allowed since 1959 in India and immediately lift ban on LTTE, who have been finished in 2009. The future Indian Government either the BJP or the any other Rulers who come to power in 2014 Lok Sabha elections, we particularly insist Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Hon'ble Selvi J Jayalalitha to come forward and lift ban on LTTE and follow the foot steps of Late Indian Prime Minister, Smt. Indira Gandhi and Late. Bharath Ratna, Dr. MGR who planned the solution for Tamil Eelam and safeguard the Indian ocean, particularly the Thirconamale base as all countries eye this spot, for Military base. Hence, the Common Wealth countries should boycott the Sri Lankan Colombo Summit and we thank the countries Canada, New Zealand and Australia, who boycott the Sri Lanka's Common Wealth Countries Summit.
