இந்தப் புத்தகத்தை முன்னாள் அவுட்-லுக் ஆசிரியர் வினோத் மேத்தா வெளியிட்டார். முன்னாள் பி.ஜே.பி தலைவர் கோவிந்தாச்சாரியார், முன்னாள் சி.பி.ஐ அதிகாரிகள் அமோத் கான், ஜனதா தளக் கட்சி பொதுச்செயலாளர் எஸ்.சி.தியாகி ஆகியோர் இந்தப் புத்தக வெளியீட்டு விழாவில் பங்கெடுத்தது அவர்களுக்கும் அந்தப் புத்தகத்துக்கும் உள்ள தொடர்பைக் காட்டின. 'ஒரு நிருபராக இருந்தவர் இப்படியொரு புத்தகம் எழுதியிருப்பது நல்ல முன்னுதாரணம்’ என்று பாராட்டினார்கள்.

''ராஜீவ் காந்தி கொலை ஒரு 'ஒப்பந்தக் கொலை’. அரசியல் ஆதாயத்துக்காக நடந்தது. இந்தக் கொலை செய்தவர்களுக்கு இது உண்மையான நோக்கம் இல்லை. ராஜீவ் கொலை செய்யப்படுவதன் மூலமாக ஆதாயம் அடைந்தவர்கள்தான் இந்தக் கொலையைத் தூண்டியவர்கள்'' என்று வாதங்களை வைக்கிறது இந்தப் புத்தகம்.
