I have filed a Public Interest Litigation in the Supreme Court of India seeking an order to form a Special Investigation Team under control and Supervision of the  Supreme Court and to direct to investigate the government officials who had been a party and collaborating with aiding and abetting the Sri-Lankan Government and its Armed Forces unlawfully using our Indian Armed Forces without Parliamentary sanction indulging in ethnic cleansing, genocide and war crimes against Tamil minority including persons of Indian origins in Sri Lanka in 2008 and 2009.

In this respect I solicit your valuable suggestions and comments which may help us in arguing the case in the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Particularly I require hard and circumstances proof and instance of Indian Armed personals participating in the genocidal action of Sri Lanka.

This is most urgently required, this case may be listed next week. I hope that you will respond as quickly as possible.

A copy of the Criminal Writ Petition is attached herewith for your reference.
